The first clock received was damaged I assume by shipping company. I returned it and Cuckoo Palace sent me another one. It was in perfect condition and now hanging. We love it !

We were very happy with working with Cuckoo-Palace in purchasing our new clock. The price was great with unbelievable free delivery from Germany in just a few days. It took about 30 minutes following their instructions to unpack, setup and hang our new clock. Very happy customer.

The clock is beautiful, keeps good time. Not to big or to small. Perfect size, does not overwhelm room. I did decide to change where I was going to hang it considering, draft from opening and closing door and possible "shaking or vibrations " from the kids slamming sliding door closed. I'm very pleased with how the clock looks and we don't use the night shut off, we sleep right through it. I'm glad we got the 8 day movement.

A very beautiful clock that I am very pleased with. I was amazed at the short time it took to arrive. The only problem I have had is getting the time regulated right, but I am getting closer to getting it right.
