Everything came as promised, and the instructions were thorough. The only thing: the instructions said to remove two wires from inside of the clock, but mine only had one. I was afraid I was missing something at first. I really like this clock. It is great to have in my office and puts a smile on people's faces who enter.

I have just given the clock to my wife on her birthday. It is fitted safely on the wall and it is beautiful. Very quiet ticking sound, beautiful melodies and noisy cuckoo! Absolutely fantastic! Great service, safe packaging, good instructions and easy set-up. Many thanks and I'll certainly recommend you to anyone looking for a new cuckoo clock.

Love the clock, set up was easy with the DVD sent. Everything I wanted to remind me of Germany and Switzerland.
